Job Title: Senior Risk Management Professional

Delivering better outcomes for our clients is an ongoing priority for Turner & Townsend Group. As a Senior Risk Management Professional, you will play a crucial role in helping our people realize their potential and contributing to a prosperous society.

Our global clients rely on us to deliver ambitious and highly technical projects. As a key member of our Real Estate division, you will plan, design, and implement risk management processes tailored to the client's needs and aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Articulate and embed the benefits of risk management in our corporate culture.
  2. Lead risk activities to actively manage risk and seek efficiencies across client projects and programmes.
  3. Facilitate risk workshops with clients and team members of allocated projects.
  4. Conduct quantitative risk assessments to inform project contingency levels, accountability, and drive mitigation.
  5. Mentor and train other team members in QSRA and QCRA.
  6. Develop and drive efficient risk contingency processes suitable with client needs and requirements.

Requirements:

Qualifications

Experience working on Real Estate or Infrastructure projects is essential. A track record of working on Data Centre's, Life Sciences, Pharma, R&D facilities, Industrial, Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics projects is preferred.

Must be a subject matter expert with a good theoretical foundation of Enterprise Risk Management and construction. Degree qualified in a relevant discipline and risk management and/or project management certification from a recognized body such as IRM or MSP is required.
