Job Description
This position involves working closely with the Transport Planning team manager to provide expert input in delivering sustainable urban drainage systems and current technical roads advice. You will also support the processing of applications for planning permission and both Section 21 & 56 of the Roads (Scotland) Act. As a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will emphasize delivering sustainable developments that meet statutory and corporate outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to provide expert input in delivering sustainable urban drainage systems and current technical roads advice. You should have a good understanding of the city's development plans and be able to analyze data to inform decision-making.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive excellent benefits, including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
