Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and embed effective editorial practices across the organization
  • Lead quality assurance processes and support research teams in creating engaging publications
  • Collaborate with the Head of Communications and Content to shape research publications from outline to final draft
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to research teams
  • Contribute to communications planning to ensure timely and effective content
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of developing and embedding effective editorial practices
  • Experience in leading quality assurance processes and supporting writing or editing
  • Collaborative working style, creative approach to problem-solving, and diplomatic feedback skills
  • Enthusiasm for the Nuffield Foundation's mission and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
