Steelwork Industry Administrator

Steel Connexions Limited is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the steelwork industry. We are currently seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, working 30 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic construction business.
The successful candidate will have experience as a Construction Administrator, with knowledge of CE Marking procedures, CHAS, and Construction Line. They will be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office. Additionally, they must live in or around Bridgend and be seeking a long-term position.
We offer a competitive salary, negotiable based on experience, and a flexible working arrangement. Our ideal candidate will be able to provide administrative support, liaise with clients and suppliers, and undertake various general administration tasks.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide administrative support, including emailing, filing, and updating database systems
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal staff by phone and email
- Undertake general administration duties as requested by the Director
- Experience as a Construction Administrator essential
- Knowledge of CE Marking procedures, CHAS, and Construction Line desirable
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Live in or around Bridgend and seeking a long-term role
