Job Summary

The Learning And Development Co-Ordinator will work closely with the Head of Training & Development to provide administrative, project, and support duties within a challenging environment. This role requires a high level of organization, self-motivation, and the ability to remain confidential at all times. As a key member of the Spicerhaart team, you will assist in making the best use of the Head of Training's time and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities

Coordinate learning and development activities across various departments
Provide administrative support to the Head of Training & Development
Manage projects to ensure seamless operations
Assist in making the best use of the Head of Training's time
Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven track record of accomplishment in providing highly effective administrative duties at a management level
Self-motivation and efficiency
Strong sense of organization and ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in line with company policies and procedures

Benefits

The Spicerhaart family offers a competitive salary range of £22,500 - £28,000 depending on experience. You will also enjoy flexible working hours from 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and contribute to our high-performance culture that prides itself on delivering excellent customer service.
