Job Opportunity: Trainee Estate Agent

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced agents in all aspects of estate agency, including generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in generating and booking valuations
  • Conduct property viewings and provide excellent customer service
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
