About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Greenkeeper to join our team at Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the golf course and surrounding grounds are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the golf course and grounds to ensure a high-quality playing surface and a visually appealing environment.
- Operate and maintain machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient and effective grounds maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with the grounds maintenance team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of grounds maintenance plans and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience of horticulture, agriculture, grounds maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience maintaining and repairing machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices.
- Good understanding of golf and its requirements.
