We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Graduate Business Analyst in Energy and Utilities. This role involves working on various projects across multiple clients, gaining exposure to different industries and developing valuable skills.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. The successful candidate will also have a keen interest in the Energy and Utilities domain and be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic plans for clients.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support consulting projects.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for clients.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and client presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Support the development of training materials and workshops for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all project activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show a keen interest in the Energy and Utilities domain.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Show the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Have experience or coursework related to consulting or business analysis.
  • Show the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Display a commitment to delivering high-quality work and achieving client satisfaction.
