Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Allocation: Effectively manage resource allocations to ensure project success.
  • Project Budgeting: Prepare and manage project budgets to ensure financial stability.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and support.
  • Design Compliance: Ensure that designs adhere to relevant guidelines and authorities.
  • Team Development: Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the team, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation.

Requirements:

  • Proactive Management: Demonstrate strong proactive management skills, inspiring and motivating team members.
  • Resource Management: Showcase excellent resource management skills, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Highway Design Experience: Possess experience in various highway design environments, with a proven track record of project management.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing highway projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Mentoring and Development: Demonstrate previous experience in mentoring and developing team members, promoting growth and success.
  • Contract Document Management: Experienced in managing the development of contract documents related to highway contracts.
  • Client Advisory: Ability to work with and advise key clients on technical issues in the highway structure sector.
