Location: Kent, London and surrounding areas

Hourly Rate: £25 per hour (Umbrella)

Hours: 10 hours per day

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Testing Engineer to work on a contract basis throughout Kent, London, and the surrounding areas. As an Electrical Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and performing remedial works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out EICRs and remedial works in commercial electrical testing and inspection environments
  • Utilizing testing equipment provided by the client
  • Working from a laptop and maintaining accurate records
  • Representing the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Being flexible with working hours, including early starts, late finishes, and occasional work away from home

Requirements:

  • Electrical qualification (time-served apprentice electricians)
  • City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing certification
  • Full UK driving license
  • Previous experience in commercial electrical testing and inspection works
