Maintenance Engineer

Role Summary:
As a Maintenance Engineer / Fitter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery. Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and implementing repairs to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reacting to breakdowns of machines in our workshop.
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues promptly.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
You are a proactive and self-motivated individual who can react and adapt in a Manufacturing / Production environment when problems arise. You're a team player with good mechanical knowledge and experience that is eager to learn.
What We Offer:
Up to £35,000 basic salary, 21 days holiday + stats, pension contribution, company profit related bonus, paid overtime, and no shift - office hours Monday - Friday.
