About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Cranlea in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our residents' homes and communal areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the location is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers, adhering to health and safety procedures.
  • Use cleaning products effectively, following instructions and guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to residents' needs and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Contribute to the overall well-being and happiness of our residents.
Requirements
  • Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent experience.
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and empathy skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
