The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Retrieval research and applications, with experience in building and maintaining high-throughput and low-latency services that encapsulate ML models and pipelines. You will be responsible for thinking strategically about key details around building, deploying, and maintaining IR Systems, including taking ownership of data and testing procedures and thinking about performance.
We are looking for a leader who can form strategies around organizational design and evolution, hiring and onboarding, data and compute, and research. You will be an integral part of our growth and will be responsible for influencing technology strategy.
The successful candidate will have experience working with annotators and effectively managing quality of services, models, software, and datasets. They will also have a familiarity with Machine Learning, LLMs, Deep Learning, or Statistical Modeling techniques.
