Scope of the Role:
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for communicating their property requirements and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Prepare and present offers to clients, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Coordinate property inspections and surveys, ensuring timely completion.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, providing valuable insights for future business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market trends, providing expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in valuing properties would be desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail are required.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively are necessary.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
