Job Summary:
A leading FMCG wholesaler and distributor in the Lancashire region seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing and supply of beer and wine ranges. The ideal candidate will effectively source and negotiate optimum cost prices with suppliers, working closely with the existing supply base to nurture relationships and maximise terms.

About the Role:
The job holder will be accountable for developing and bringing to market a profitable category range using excellent market and product knowledge. Key responsibilities include managing price files associated with contracts and executing in-season promotional activities to optimise sales, profit, and supplier income.

About You:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager with experience in buying and sourcing beverages, preferably with exposure to beer, wines, spirits, or RTDs. A proven track record of negotiating savings, increasing supplier engagement, and developing successful supplier relationships is essential. Outstanding negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen are also required.

What We Offer:
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary (£45,000 - £55,000 per annum), car allowance, generous holiday allowance, contributory pension, and other incentives.
