About the Role

18 Week Support Limited is seeking an experienced Operation Department Practitioner to join their team in the West Midlands area. As an ODP, you will be required to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced theatre environment, supporting surgeons and medical staff during operations.
  • Provide excellent patient care, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all patients.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the efficient running of the theatre department, ensuring smooth workflows and minimal delays.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the relevant professional body (e.g. HCPC).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in an ODP setting.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
