About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Franke. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for leading the charge in revolutionizing our supply chain management processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Support haulier communications, escalations, and performance analysis to ensure seamless transportation operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate supply chain performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to proactively address disruptions and minimize their impact on operations.
  • Contribute to identifying and mitigating potential risks within the supply chain, supporting the implementation of robust strategies to safeguard operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and deliver world-class supply chain solutions.
  • Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning cycle, providing valuable insights and support to optimize business outcomes.
  • Assist in key projects requiring supply chain expertise, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of various supply chain functions and best practices.
  • Ability to maintain composure and drive results in the face of challenges and aggressive timelines.
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels, coupled with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in numerical analysis and various systems, including SAP and Microsoft applications.
  • Agile mindset with a passion for driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Competencies

  • Expertise in logistics, transportation, and supply planning (S&OP experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in systems such as SAP, Microsoft, etc.

Recruitment Process
