Job Summary

Burlington Primary Care, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. Our mission is to provide exceptional patient care through a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, making autonomous decisions and referrals as needed.
  • Conduct initial history taking, clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and evaluations of patient care.
  • Prescribe medications within the scope of professional practice.
  • Support the GP team in managing same-day appointment requests and prioritizing patient needs.
  • Triaging patient needs, seeking GP input when necessary.

  • Competitive annual salary of up to £53,219 (band 8a) pro rata, dependent on qualifications and experience.

About the Role:

This role requires an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work independently, making professional decisions and taking ownership of patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient needs, seeking GP input when necessary, and contributing to the development of our multidisciplinary team.

  • Experience in primary care and advanced nurse practitioner roles.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
