About Your Role
We're seeking a highly motivated Fitness Instructor to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be working in a fun and lively environment with like-minded individuals. Your role will involve inspiring others to work together and deliver their best. With your previous experience in the fitness industry, you will be full of enthusiasm and love talking with people while motivating others and providing suitable health and fitness advice that matches each customer's individual aspirations and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality fitness sessions to customers of all abilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to customers, helping them achieve their fitness goals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to regulations and company procedures.
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in the fitness industry, staying up-to-date with new trends and developments.
- Contribute to the development of new programs and services, working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
