We are seeking a skilled Technical Laser Service Specialist to join our team at TRS Consulting (UK) Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in maintaining and repairing high-value capital equipment.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £52,000, including bonus, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including a company car, generous lunch allowance, and expenses policy.

As a Technical Laser Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of advanced Refractive Surgical Medical Lasers at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the South East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment, either electro-mechanical or electronic, with laser experience beneficial but not necessary.
  • Providing impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments.
  • Fully training on a range of Medical Lasers through OEM product training.
