We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our team at ZEALOT UK, a leading creative agency specializing in the film and television industry.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, with a strong desire to learn and improve their skills creatively. They will be responsible for executing motion graphics to a high standard for various projects, problem-solving, and collaborating with the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute motion graphics to a high standard for a variety of projects for high-level clients.
  • Develop creative solutions to challenges and brainstorm ideas with the team.
  • Work collaboratively with the Art Director to create high-quality designs.
  • Organize and manage working projects, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
  • Support the Design Creative Director and Art Director on large-scale projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, develop new skills, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Ensure assets and projects are well-organized and streamlined according to the team's and company's established processes and standards.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Interest and experience with Maxon tools (Red Giant and Cinema 4D) or equivalent.
  • Tracking, rotoscoping, and compositing skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Focused, proactive, and self-motivated individual.
  • Collaborative team player with strong working relationships.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organization skills and attention to detail.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range £26,000 to £36,000 (dependent on experience).
