We are seeking a friendly and reliable individual to join our multi-skilled administration team. As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our doctors and nurse teams in providing exceptional patient care.

Job Summary
  • Provide reception and administrative support to assist our doctors and nurse teams
  • Manage patient queries, appointments, and prescriptions using our computer clinical system
  • Opportunity to progress learning on specialized areas of the role, such as e-referrals and medical reports
Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with patients, visitors, and health professionals via phone or in person
  • Work closely with GPs, Practice Management, and other team members to contribute to planning and implementing changes within the practice
Requirements
  • Able to demonstrate numeracy, written, and spoken English
  • Experience working with the general public and in administration roles
  • Demonstrate IT literacy, clerical skills, customer service skills, and effective communication skills
Salary and Benefits

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £11.90 per hour, with an estimated annual salary of around £23,928 based on 24 hours per week. We also offer a range of benefits, including company events, pension scheme, employee discount, free parking, and more.
