Night Production Manager Opportunity

Pin Point Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join their expanding independent manufacturer in Telford. This is a permanent staff position with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per year, plus a wide range of benefits.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a background in food production and leadership experience within a food production/manufacturing or FMCG environment. They will be responsible for leading and developing a skilled production team, ensuring safety, quality, and minimizing waste. The ideal candidate will have excellent people management skills, a great understanding of food hygiene and general workplace HSE, and a positive energetic outlook.

Key Responsibilities
