We are recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to become an Admiral Nurse, specializing in dementia care and support. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of people affected by dementia.
Your role will involve providing expert clinical knowledge and skills to enhance relationships, prevent crises, and support individuals and families to receive the best possible care. You will also be responsible for facilitating education and training for staff, contributing to service development, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
As a leader in dementia care, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, adult services, and third sector providers to deliver high-quality care. Our Trust is committed to promoting equality of opportunity and creating a culture of inclusion and belonging.
About the Job:
- Deliver specialist dementia care and support to individuals and families
- Facilitate education and training for staff to enhance dementia care
- Contribute to service development and quality improvements
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
Essential Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RMN/RNMH/RGN/RNLD) qualification
- Experience of working with older persons medicine and palliative care
- Significant post-registration clinical experience of working with people with dementia
Annual Salary: £46,148 - £52,809
