Structural Engineer Opportunity at Strata Consulting

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team at Strata Consulting, a leading engineering consultancy with offices across the UK and Ireland. As an Associate Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in managing multiple projects, providing leadership within the Structural Engineering team, and working with a broad spectrum of clients.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Oversee the design and analysis of structural systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction phases.
Requirements
  • MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in structural engineering, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of structural systems and industry standards.
