This exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented MEP Revit Technician to become part of a well-established MEP team based in the UK, with room for career growth and development. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed, coordinated 3D models and supporting 2D drawings using Revit MEP.
  • Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health teams to ensure effective coordination of MEP systems.
  • Interpret engineering mark-ups and ensure all MEP systems are effectively coordinated.
  • Manage and maintain Revit MEP models for assigned projects.
  • Help develop and refine internal Revit procedures, standards, and families.
  • Collaborate with engineers to produce coordinated 3D models and detailed 2D drawings.
  • Support and mentor Junior Revit Technicians as part of their development.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Building Services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Revit MEP; familiarity with Navisworks and AutoCAD is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong experience in coordinating Revit models across various systems, including HVAC and pipework, with an understanding of clash detection.
  • Familiarity with COBie (Construction Operations Building Information Exchange) standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Collaborative approach, with strong communication skills and ability to follow direction from senior engineers.
