Job Title: Senior Deputy Head of School

Job Summary:

Manpower UK is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Deputy Head of School to join our team at an established College in Oxford City Centre. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the school's safeguarding and child protection initiatives, while also developing and implementing pastoral policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies
* Provide support and guidance to staff on behaviour management and pastoral care
* Lead training and professional development for staff on pastoral care, safeguarding, and child protection
* Use data and feedback to inform improvements in pastoral provision and safeguarding practices

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
* Additional qualifications in counselling, psychology, or related fields
* Experience working with external agencies and community organisations
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
