Our team works closely with colleagues in other practice areas, including investment funds, derivatives, and structured products, financial services and markets, corporate finance, private equity, finance, tax, employment, outsourcing, and commercial contracts, data protection, and dispute resolution.
We have a strong track record of collaborating with US and other firms to assist global clients in managing their pension risk worldwide, as well as advising on high-profile cross-border transactions.
Key stakeholders include the Head of Department, Partners, Senior Counsel, and Personal Specification - Experience, Knowledge, and Skills.
We are seeking an outstanding academic record, UK Qualified Solicitor, 2-5 years post-qualification experience in Pensions law, strong verbal and written communication skills, proactivity, and good transaction management.
