Maintenance Contract

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our maintenance team on a long-term mobile contract covering various areas.

You will be provided with a company van for site visits, ensuring efficient travel and work execution.

Contract Details:

  • Working hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £20 (Umbrella PAYE) per hour, corresponding to an approximate annual salary of £25,600 based on full-time employment.
About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including building fabric maintenance, painting and decorating services, fitting doors, replacing broken tiles, and other similar duties.

The ideal candidate should possess a background in building services or maintenance, a valid UK driving license, basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, experience working in commercial buildings, and excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
