We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Property Sales Representative to join our sales team at Gleeson.

As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to work towards sales targets in accordance with company forecasts while providing customer-centric sales advice and support.

The ideal candidate will have experience within new homes sales or property sales, be able to represent the Gleeson brand to the highest standards, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients, assess their needs, and qualify potential leads
  • Market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure efficient sales processes
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in new homes sales or property sales
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
  • Generous holiday entitlement of 26 days per annum + bank holidays
