Job Title: Packing Line Operator

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a skilled Packing Line Operator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the packing line equipment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packing dried plates into foil pouches using the packing line
  • Boxing pouched plates into Sales units
  • Reconciliation of batch numbers
  • Assembly, bagging and boxing of Dosehead accessory
  • General cleaning duties in dispensing and packing room areas
Requirements:
  • Computer literate
  • A reasonable standard of numeracy and literacy is required (Basic Maths and English)
  • Good eyesight and manual dexterity are essential
Working Conditions:
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
  • Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
