About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and confident individual to join our team as a Facilities Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients and internal management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate facilities management services to ensure seamless delivery to clients
- Develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies to resolve issues and improve processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a facilities management role, preferably in an operational or technical environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office
- Good working understanding of health and safety requirements and regulations
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as external clients and vendors
