  • Pathway Planning: You will work closely with families and professionals to develop personalized plans that meet the needs of each child.
  • Adoption Panels: You will attend adoption panels to discuss and determine the best course of action for each child.
  • Standard Case Management: You will manage cases from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to support the child and their family.
