Job Title: Head of Supply Chain and Logistics

Cast UK Limited is seeking an experienced professional to lead our supply chain and logistics function. As Head of Supply Chain and Logistics, you will be responsible for overseeing the global delivery of products to our customers, managing our purchasing and logistics teams, and ensuring stock and budgetary optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the purchasing and logistics teams to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations
  • Analyse supply chain metrics and implement initiatives to optimize performance
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supplier performance and quality
  • Manage global logistics function, including strategic management of 3PL relationships
  • Negotiate supplier agreements and drive improvement of supplier performance
  • Optimize inventory management techniques to effectively manage working capital
  • Ensure business compliance with relevant legislation
Requirements
  • Proven experience working at Head of Supply Chain level with a background of global supplier and customer base
  • Demonstrable experience managing 3PL's, including scorecard management and improving performance
  • P&L management with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent knowledge of MRP/ERP, SAP would be advantageous
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to problem solve effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
