Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Advertising Manager to join our Advertising team. This role will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns across various clients and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ad operations, a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, and expertise in Google Ad Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships and grow revenue from existing advertising accounts across programmatic and direct.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, trafficking, and monitoring.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to maximize performance and revenue.
  • Resolve ad delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with relevant teams for support as needed.
  • Define, implement, and manage operational processes that support growth of Trainline's advertising business.

What You Will Need:

  • 3 years of relevant experience in the advertising sector, either publisher or agency side, or in ad tech, focusing on operations.
  • Mastery of working in and troubleshooting across ad servers and programmatic buying-selling platforms, with Google Ad Manager experience essential.
  • Deep knowledge of ad tech and experience managing relationships with advertising clients, DSPs, and other vendors.
  • Demonstrated experience in extracting actionable insights and developing business strategies from data.
  • Demonstrated experience with building and nurturing client relationships.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
