In this role, you will work shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on upholding safety standards within your team and across the facility. Your responsibilities will include monitoring process efficiency and prioritizing routine team management alongside daily operational tasks, such as handling individual escalations and planning for operational contingencies.
Being an integral part of the operations team requires collaboration with colleagues from various departments and external partners to ensure we meet customer demands and targets effectively.
This will involve analyzing data and performance metrics in conjunction with leaders in your business area, as well as discussing the operational implications of technical advancements with engineering teams.

CF has evolved from a small group of booksellers to a sophisticated global network that processes over 1.5 million orders daily.
The team is fundamental to our business model, driving our expansion into new regions and services.
With the integration of cutting-edge technology, we continually seek to enhance our product offerings, ensuring quick and cost-effective delivery.
The CF team is the first point of contact in the logistics chain, facilitating the swift delivery of products that Amazon is renowned for.
Our Fulfilment Centres are pivotal to Amazon's dynamic operations network, often referred to as the 'First Mile' where the majority of packages commence their journey. We manage a diverse inventory and ensure prompt deliveries around the clock.
Our Fulfilment Centres employ a wide range of talents, offering opportunities for various skill sets. Some team members work directly with physical products, while others analyze data to support informed decision-making across the organization.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree)
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
• Relevant experience in data analysis
