About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Research Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and advancing the field of clinical research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical research studies in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth study conduct and timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and participant engagement.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of research protocols, including study design, data collection, and analysis.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of research-related policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a strong background in clinical research and experience in conducting clinical trials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a clinical research setting.
