Role Overview

As a key member of our Store Support Centre team in Ruddington, Nottingham, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting Joint Venture Partners and Business Operations Managers. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting annual budgets, reviewing key performance indicators, and driving sales and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze profit and loss statements, proposing solutions for improvement
  • Prepare monthly management accounts packs for Joint Venture Partners
  • Develop annual budgets with Joint Venture Partners
  • Report weekly commercial performance
  • Assist in creating 5-year business plans for new Joint Venture partners
  • Ensure accurate cash-flow projections for dividends
  • Collaborate with Property and Facilities teams for equipment purchases

Requirements

We are looking for a part-qualified or newly qualified professional with a strong accounting background, ideally holding a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
