About the Role

As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you'll lead clinics with confidence, providing customer-centric Hearingcare solutions. Your focus will be on recommending tailored hearing aids from our comprehensive portfolio, ensuring customers receive the best possible support throughout their hearing journey.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service.
  2. Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments.
  3. Safely perform BSA-recommended procedures.
  4. Maintain precise clinical records.
  5. Achieve targets for appointment activity and sales.
  6. Champion Hearingcare and generate in-store demand.
  7. Fulfill personal development and CPD requirements.

Person Specification

  1. BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
  2. Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
  3. 2+ years post-qualification experience.
  4. Consistent clinical audit results.
  5. Completion of CPD requirements.
  6. Achievement of commercial targets.
  7. Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
