We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team in Sutton, London. As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for leading a small class of students with high special and complex needs, adapting teaching methods to accommodate each child's unique requirements, and collaborating with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure every child thrives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with high special and complex needs.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students, families, and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement effective interventions and strategies.
Salary: Based on current pay scale (between 150 and 270 per annum). We offer competitive pay based on your experience and qualifications, as well as opportunities for professional development and career growth.
