About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Auxtronic Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, coaching and mentoring them to ensure they are happy and progressing in their careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project work installing electro-mechanical machinery, control panels and electrical equipment required within the plant.
  • Drive continuous improvement on site with your team and comply with Health and Safety legislation.
  • Reliability Engineering and looking at ways to improve the plant and reduce downtime.
  • Electrical and Mechanical fault finding and repair.
  • Planning PPM's and scheduling work to be completed.
Requirements
  • 5 Years minimum experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
  • Preferred industry experience: Food, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Beverages, Distribution, Brick, Automotive.
  • Great communicator with production staff, maintenance and leadership teams.
  • Apprenticeship trained with a City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ level 3 qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
