SAP Sales & Distribution Senior Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Sales and Distribution Senior Consultant to join our Managed Services team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, working closely with our team of Managed Service Support Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level advisory and consultative support to our clients on SAP Sales and Distribution solutions
  • Analyze and configure solutions to meet client needs, working closely with our Functional and Development Consultants
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and services
  • Perform peer reviews of proposed and delivered solutions, ensuring high-quality results
  • Use your problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
  • Estimate and communicate deliverable status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Test and document new solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client systems
  • Understand business processes and arrange your tasks and workload accordingly, ensuring quality and productivity

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of SAP ECC & S4
  • Expert-level knowledge of Sales and Distribution (SD) with specific expertise in Rebates and Condition Contracts, Inter-company process, Pricing Advanced ATP and backorder processing, International Trade, and Plants abroad
  • Cross-functional knowledge across FICO/MM/PP/WM
  • Functional understanding of sales-related IDocs and setup
  • Excellent design, configuration, and testing skills for core functional modules
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Documentation skills, including functional specifications and test scripts
  • Ability to work within a remote consulting support team, using NTT Data Business Solutions service management systems and processes
  • Strong ability to understand business processes and design appropriate solutions
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for working with functional and customer teams
  • Track record of full project lifecycle and development activities
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and skills quickly
  • Project-related activities, including data migration, user support, and end-user training
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to take on unknown SAP processes
  • Ability to act as liaison with clients for troubleshooting and analysis
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to provide end-to-end business solutions
  • Proven experience in a combined customer service handling/functional support role
  • Ensure consistent high-level customer satisfaction with quality solutions/services
  • Travel will be a maximum 25%
