You will be responsible for developing and implementing the programme's strategy, working closely with our creative teams to produce engaging content, and collaborating with external partners to expand our reach.

An essential part of this role is building relationships with local schools, libraries, and community groups to promote the programme and gather feedback. You will also contribute to the evaluation and assessment of the programme's impact, using data to inform future developments.

To be successful in this position, you will require excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the arts sector, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, based on experience.
