About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Thera South West. As a Care and Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live the lives they choose.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their objectives and deliver complex health support within the community in a 24hr supported living setting.
- Empower individuals to access the community for a variety of activities, day to day living and wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively as part of an inclusive team to create innovative ways to support individuals to achieve their personal goals.

- Competitive salary of £12.33 per hour.
