Company Overview: The London Borough of Merton is a local authority committed to delivering high-quality services to its residents. We are seeking an experienced Housing Applications Coordinator to join our Registration team.

About the Role: As a key member of our Registration team, you will be responsible for registering and verifying housing applications for households residing in Merton. You will also deal with sensitive medical information queries from customers via phone and email, and record and distribute post for the Housing Needs Team.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need good IT skills and experience in administration or customer services. Training will be provided to support your development. Our ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a busy team environment.

What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
