Job Description:

This role will play a crucial part in helping us achieve our sustainability goals and drive lasting, positive change. As a Group Product Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating our efforts to track and improve our environmental impact, developing and maintaining a robust product roadmap and backlog, and working closely with stakeholders to steer development direction.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including colleague discount, holiday allowance, bonus scheme, pension plan, and access to a range of discounts from hundreds of retailers. We also offer flexible working arrangements and opportunities for career growth and development.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Agile delivery experience, including Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
