Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations of the Occupational Health Department, including scheduling appointments, managing records, and coordinating with healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain and update confidential employee health records in compliance with GDPR and company policies.
  • Shared reception responsibilities to ensure smooth front desk operations.
  • Send, receive, and allocate all clinical and other correspondence efficiently.
  • Organise and attend departmental and interdepartmental meetings as required.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding reports to ensure timely completion.
  • Managing the process of external referrals to appropriate healthcare providers.
  • Collate and action invoices related to departmental services.
  • Generate reports on KPIs and service utilisation as required.
  • Effective implementation and administration of Occupational Health wellbeing initiatives and health surveillance programs.
  • Act as chaperone, where required, to support employee comfort and confidentiality.
