The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with GDPR and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations of the Occupational Health Department, including scheduling appointments, managing records, and coordinating with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain and update confidential employee health records in compliance with GDPR and company policies.
- Shared reception responsibilities to ensure smooth front desk operations.
- Send, receive, and allocate all clinical and other correspondence efficiently.
- Organise and attend departmental and interdepartmental meetings as required.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding reports to ensure timely completion.
- Managing the process of external referrals to appropriate healthcare providers.
- Collate and action invoices related to departmental services.
- Generate reports on KPIs and service utilisation as required.
- Effective implementation and administration of Occupational Health wellbeing initiatives and health surveillance programs.
- Act as chaperone, where required, to support employee comfort and confidentiality.
