As a Workshop Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service department, including supervising colleagues, controlling work flow, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage customer journeys from planning to invoice closure">
  • Ensure all team members are working in line with standard OTI processes">
  • Manage workshop productivity targets and employee performance">
  • Deal with employee issues on a daily basis">
  • Schedule workshops resources to meet work requirements">
  • Support the customer service team with job specifications and coding">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a retail dealership workshop environment">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills">
  • Ability to motivate and develop your team">
  • Strong problem-solving skills">
  • A valid driver's license">
