About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team at Marston Holdings. As a key member of our parking and street management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and accessible use of public streets and car parks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrolling public streets and car parks to advise the public on parking options and enforce parking regulations
  • Issuing tickets to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations
  • Reporting suspected abandoned vehicles and dealing with enquiries from the public
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our parking and street management services
