Affinity Water is seeking a Programme Manager to lead investment programmes and drive value-based efficiency in delivery. The successful candidate will develop knowledge and insights to inform decision-making, forecast outcomes, and improve quality of decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead assigned investment programmes to ensure efficient delivery and benefits realization.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge and insights to inform decision-making and drive value-based efficiency.
  • Forecast outcomes and improve quality of decision-making at the Investment Governance/Investment Committee.
  • Engage with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, to cost, quality, expected outcomes, and benefits.
Requirements
  • Experience in building positive relationships with stakeholders within the business.
  • Self-motivation and proactivity in tracking tasks and projects, anticipating risks and issues.
  • Technical mindset with knowledge of the water industry and business.
  • Excellent management skills across multi-disciplined teams and strong communication skills.
